Rehabilitation

Personalized prehab & rehab, backed by on-site cardiologist and diagnostics

Our Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation program supports patients before and after cardiac events, combining proactive risk reduction with structured recovery. Through cardiac Prehab, we help high-risk patients take action early. This includes strengthening the heart, improving fitness, and addressing risk factors before a heart attack occurs.

Our rehabilitation program brings together a highly trained, multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting every step of your journey. The team works seamlessly with your family doctor, internist, cardiologist, and pharmacist to ensure your care plan is safe, personalized, and fully coordinated.

Heart Care Rehab program is built around both short-term goals, such as physical reconditioning, education, and confidence building, and long-term health goals, including risk-factor management, sustainable lifestyle change, and ongoing heart health.

Our goal is simple: provide clear guidance, evidence-based care, and ongoing support so you can move forward with strength, confidence, and peace of mind.
