Reshma is the Program Manager at the Heart Care Cardiac Rehab at Heart Care Canada in Oshawa, Ontario, where she aids in the recovery process of her cardiac patients though diet and exercise. She received her Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. In addition, she is also a Certified Wedding and Event planner (WPICC) and plans weddings and corporate events in both the Durham Region and the GTA. She is also the Host of a Web Series at the The Wedd Lounge, Toronto.
Reshma also currently serves on the Board of Directors for New Visions Toronto, a non- profit organization that provides housing, care and support adults and children with developmental and physical disabilities.
Some of Reshma’s past experiences include Event Planning for the Medical Staff Association in Oshawa, Committee Member, Indo-Canadian Cultural Association of Durham Region, Volunteer Teacher, Neerja Modi School, Jaipur, India, Volunteer Teaching Assistant, Vidya Sagar School, Spastic Society of India, Chennai, India, where she taught math and computer skills to special needs children. She was also a volunteer at the Mother Theresa Orphanage in Chennai, India.
In her spare time, when she is not travelling, she likes to be creative, whether it is through crafting projects, making jewellery, cooking, photography or even dancing.
